Eroski supermarket closure plans to tackle falling sales.
Eroski is preparing a management plan for this year include the closure of supermarkets and reducing financial costs and operating as a formula to address the sharp decline in sales. Specifically, the group responsible for the distribution to the trade unions have presented economic data reflecting a severe economic and financial situation, but particularly in Madrid, Andalusia and Aragon.

 

They explain that the average decline in consumption has to tear up the revenue estimates set after buying Caprabo in the summer of 2007, which is believed possible to recover the investment over a period of five years.
