Resolution of 21 February 2010, the president of the Valencian Energy Agency, which aids are called Air Conditioning Renewal Plan 2010, for replacement of household air conditioners by other high energy efficiency (DOCV No 6226, of 15/03/10)
Scope and beneficiaries The purpose of this resolution is to summon the aid of the Valencian Energy Agency for the purchase of air conditioners for energy classification A in the Valencia, as described in Article 4. These aids are part of the Action Plan of the Strategy for Energy Saving and Efficiency in Spain 2008-2012. The beneficiaries of aid all natural or legal persons, public or private and nonprofit institutions in the Valencia residents Headings and economic value of the call The grants that are regulated in this resolution shall be granted from the budgets of the Action Plan of the Strategy for Energy Saving and Efficiency in Spain 2008-2012, which manages the Valencia, and whose payment is contingent on the existence of credit adequate and sufficient budget. The maximum quantity for this call for grants is one million five hundred thousand euros (1,500,000 euros) to be funded from capital transfers chapter budget of Valencian Energy Agency. By order of the director of the Valencian Energy Agency, may extend the amount foreseen for this call. Eligible Projects Activity is considered as eligible for aid, procurement and installation of domestic air conditioners class A is made to replace old air conditioning equipment. The new air conditioners must be installed individually, working on so cold or so hot / cold with a rated thermal refrigeration or less than 12 kW, according to Royal Decree 142/2003 and high energy performance as follows classification: 1. Devices divided with one or more indoor units, split style, multi-split heat pump starting or cooled by air or water cooling energy classification A (equipment cooling only) or energy classification A cooling and heating (pump equipment heat). 2. Compact air-cooled or water cooling energy classification A (equipment cooling only) or energy classification A cooling and heating (heat pump equipment). Not eligible single channel devices, including portable or penguin type. The domestic air-conditioning equipment to aid the final destination will be installed within the territory of the Comunitat Valenciana. It will only be eligible to purchase, for each beneficiary of a single air conditioner (single compressor) and provided with appropriate replacement of old equipment for a new Class A equipment Renewal shall not be considered old when the device is a single conduit. In order to ensure from the standpoint of energy efficiency, the adequacy of air conditioners encouraged by this campaign, establish a relationship with the eligible brands and models that were available at the following address: <http:/ / www.planrenoveaven.es>. Allocation criteria and grant amount The aid covered by this resolution shall be granted subject to the principles of openness, competition and objectivity. The amount of individual support for each device is as follows: (1) under nominal conditions The amount of aid for the purchase of the equipment, may not imply in any way to reduce the price of the installation of over 25%, so it should be reduced, where applicable, the amount of aid to the ceiling. "Prices of the facility, the price of equipment and their installation, excluding VAT. Deadline to purchase equipment The start date of the campaign will be on 5 May 2010. The campaign to date is 30 September 2010, or upon exhaustion of the economic value assigned to this call. * If such a circumstance occurred prior to 30 September 2010, be suspended the granting of aid by publication in the Official Gazette of the Valencian Community. |
