THE DRAFT HAS A BETTER NATURE PROTECTION ACTIVITY.
MODERNIZATION. The new law, which will replace the 1986, is a modernization of the regulation of trade, liberalizing the conditions under which the business, the opening of outlets and sales organization out of commerce and rearranging the sales, by elimination of regulatory obstacles to freedom of establishment and the exercise of commercial activity that is not justified in the public interest and is not needed and, in turn, proportional.
FREEDOM IN THE SALE. The law recognizes the freedom of prices, but especially to protect consumers. The rule maintains the obligations of the stores to report the 'before' and 'after', by entering, except in the case of promotions, such as the prohibition of restrictions limiting the amount of items you can acquire each customer. And it establishes as a sales period, two seasons per year, one earlier this year and the other in the summer and holidays, the rest will be promotions or discounts.
'OUTLETS' REGISTERED. The text also regulates, in a single paragraph, the 'outlets' and the sale of stocks, or surplus in specialized stores, which should have a distinct identity, thereby protecting the interests of buyers, who may choose to more information the supply of products.
